About the event

The European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) is pleased to invite you to a roundtable on “Independent Living & SDGs”, organised on the 7th December, as part of the European Disability and Development Week. During the roundtable, we will have a chance to learn about the work taking place in India and the Western Balkans, and share strategies on how the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can play a bigger part in promoting the right to Independent Living.

We will be pleased to welcome disability advocates from India and Sweden, involved in projects that seek to facilitate UN CRPD implementation in Europe and Asia. We plan to use the roundtable to have an interactive discussion; to exchange experiences and discuss existing barriers, as well as to come up with concrete actions on how we can take this work forward.

We hope that you will find our upcoming event of interest and would like to invite you to join the discussion! You will find the agenda and venue details here: Should you have any questions, please let us know.

Please note that registration in advance is required. To register for the event, please e-mail Ines Bulic ines.bulic@enil.eu by 5th December 2018.

We look forward to your response, and thank you for your interest.
