You can host an event under the #EDDW18 banner if you an IDDC member (full, associate, individual) or if your event is in partnership with an IDDC member. 

 

Plan 

1. Schedule your event to take place between the 3rd and 10th of December 2018

2. Make sure your event is directly related to the topic of disability and development or humanitarian action 

3. Make sure that the venue and materials are accessible (link to IDDC guidelines , IDDC Members Area)

 

Share your Concept Note

1. Share your idea via the online form 'concept note' with the organisers   

2. Wait for confirmation 

 

Communicate

1. Review the IDDC Communication Guidelines (link to IDDC Communications Toolbox, Members area)

2. Feature the IDDC logo and include the tagline: 'organized as part of the European Disability and Development Week' in all communication

3. Use the hashtag #EDDW18 in communications

4. Publicize your event! 

5. Spread the word: tell us about your event; tweet and retweet during the week (and do the same for others)
